RAJAN KUKREJA filed complaint against Cpp Asset Care on Jul 1, 2019
I have purchased an extended warranty for * years from Asset Care on *th June **** for Panasonic. Extended warranty starts from *th June ****. on *th I requested for Preventive Maintenance Service for My A/c which is mentioned in Policy. They take my request but no technician visited to my place. After * days I request again & then they give me request no. & technician mobile no. but no phone picked up by technician & even no response from Asset Care. After several calls they are just saying "Sorry" but not solving my issue. If I could not get a maintenance service from them then how can I expect any commitment in major issue. Please Solve my issue with Asset Care.
For Reference I am attaching copy of policy & snapshots of messages sent by Asset Care.
