I Have Purchased A Extra Marks Online Learning Plan With Online Live Classes For Rs. **,***/- But After One Week Use Of Extramarks Online Live Classes And Extramarks Application They Stoped My Online Live Classed Then I Call To Customer Support Where Informed Me About Online Live Classes Plan Has Not Included In My ID On Extramarks System. Then I Call To Counselor And Narrated The Entire Story To Him And He Promised Me To Correct It Stating Technical Mistake, And Kept Giving Me The Same Assurance For Next Two Weeks Due To The Reasons My Child’s Studies Were Badly Disturbed. But After Passing More Then ** Days On Dated **.**.**** Counselor Told Me To Deposit Extra Rs. *,***/- For Start The Live Classes
