I'm purches a McCoy cooler from croma store at *th June there is pump related problems in this .I call to customer care team on **th June and log the complain. The told me problem is solved within **hours. But after login the complain now till date *th July ****.i am not get service from her side. I am call to customer care team so many times but the are not giving solution. And any kind of service. The put my call on hold for long time. And after that cut the call.
I am very mentally and physically hars from this company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
