Koryo LED TV - service not provided

Respected Sir/Mam,


We had an audio issue with TV, hence I reached Customer care on **-Aug-**** to get this fixed, initially they are not aware of my extended warranty and asked me pay for it, I agreed. Technican came to my home, while fixing the TV he broke the screen, there is a vertical Black line on the screen and screen got all dots. He didnt fix the audio issue, he left the place, when I called him, the technican was very rude, he said this is what happens when the service done, I asked why my primary issue is not fixed. He said Koryo will get back to me. When I called koryo they said they need ** hours, I am calling koryo care daily, everyday they are saying the same, today that is **-**-**** I spoke to their supervisor, they said that it is pending from tata AIG extended warranty team, then I called tata AIG they said they didnt get any email from Koryo. I have call recordings that Spoke today. This created mental harrasmment to me and my family, we are still waiting for resolution, we want to get our TV fixed and compensation for the long wait time and harrassment we been through.
