Pace internet - Service not provided

I have paid the amount of Rs ****/- towards providing internet services to Pace internet Pvt Ltd situated at ***, Parshwa Tower, Nr. Parkway *, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad wide receipt no AHM/**-**/*** on**-**-**** but till date internet services are not working. Numerous phone call made them messages on WhatsApp even done but they are not answering any phones/messages. I am so much frustrated now and as you know the internet is now essential for everyday routine work. I am a cancer patient and my all the body check up followup with CIMS and pathology lab is done through internet. So I request you to intervene in the matter and help me to take back my paid amount Rs. ****/- back from the company.
