Swastika Alter India Service is an internet service provider of Railnet. I had subscribed for a year by paying the annual fee till July this year. From *nd May no service has been provided. When asked the company people are asking for Rs**** more as the wires have been damaged. Neither they are refunding nor they are providing the service
