sellbrite digital llp crossbeats - Service not provided

I am a graphic designer in a reputed MNC company and I am started using Crossbeats company product (Smart projector) after buying one impressed with your social media advertisement. But I am pretty disappointed with my decision to buy the product. I am facing an lcd panel issue with the crossbeats lumex pro projector I bought only * months back. Its been * months since I raised the issue but no proper response from their side about fixing the issue return back the product to me. The delay in after sales service for replacing it is not acceptable, as the product is still under warranty since its just * months since bought. They are simply denied claiming my warranty to replace the product with the new a new one.
My Ask:
*) They should immediately arrange spare parts to repair the item and hand it over to me.
or
*) They should completely replace the product with exact brand new one.
or
*) They should replace it with the different model of a Projector
or
*) Refund of ***** rupees.

The item is still under warranty, I have all the video proofs and documents to go to court and file a consumer complaint.

I hope you help take necessary steps to address my issue and rectify it asap.
