LG Front Load washing machine.
Model FHT****ZWS Washer not working, drum malfunctioning/replacement needed.

Washing machine drum replacement service/repair requested on July *, ****, Tuesday and machine was taken by LG service center Today is July **, ****, till now no service provided nor any stand by device provided.

For the past ** days, we have been forced to was by hands as are left with no other choice.

I will be moving to the consumer court for not providing the service on time as well as misleading the customer by saying stand by device will be provided.
