Ayush filed complaint against Airtel DTH on Feb 4, 2019
The new Trai guidelines were supposed to help Dth users choose their channels at their will but instead, my Dth provider i.e Airtel has made a mockery of it. As per Trai guidelines I made my pack before *st February **** but it was not activated and my previous package was still continuing.
Today on February *th they abruptly stopped my channels (even though I have required balance in my account) and started showing a handful of channels according to their wish. Even after repeatedly contacting their customer support (spoke to Gursimran and her senior Kaur), I was stranded and had to face the mental torture and even missed my office as I have been hooked on to this since early morning.
They(Customer care) kept on trying to deceive me by some vague statements and solutions and moreover I was asked to wait for * days with no service and no refund of payment for the service which I have already paid.
This is clear cheating and blatant unprofessionalism on the part of Airtel DTH and their customer care which have deprived me of my rightful service and harassment that was met out to me by ignoring my problem and leaving me with no options.
