Together v - Service not provided

Together v is a company that is claiming to make moments special. But they are spoiling moments and playing with feelings of consumers. I booked a service through together v for *th December. I booked movie and lunch through this app. I talked with them n I paid **** to them. At last moment they told that we can't provide that service. Then they told we r planning something else. Give us some time. After * hours they provided one lunch. Then when I asked refund they told they will not provide refund. Now after ** days they are not ready to provide refund also. Neither they are admitting there mistake. That they spoiled special day. Also when trying to upload reviews on FB they are rejecting that.
