on their website bulksmsvalue.com they have mentioned * paise/sms cost, while after sms purchase they told me this price is for sending sms using their sms panel only and if i want to send the sms through api then I need to pay ** paise/sms, on which i asked for a refund as they did not mention this earlier but then they agreed to transfer some credits to transactional api which they did but the Sender ID approval which is required for sending the sms through api is still pending even after * days, due to which i am not able to send any messages and they are not picking up my calls. i am feeling like duped. these guys are making fool through their website.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
