I have filled an online form to make ration card on rationcardagent site and deposit Rs. ***/ as a fee. After * days they said to send the application form on mail and deposit on concern government authority with the required fee. They also said there is no online or offline agent available in Haridwar Uttrakhand.
I say if you have no facility in Uttrakhand you should reject the application and refund my money but they denied to return my money.
