Hi,
Earlier this week, I complained about the washing machine.
In this case, the machine gave the error message EC* error The technician visited on Monday and said they do not know the exact problem with the machine, but they promised they would come back by Tuesday to fix it.
As of yet, there has been no proper follow-up
I even contacted customer care about this issue, but they were also helpless
My only concern is that I purchased the machine about * - * months ago, and it came to issue for the second time, for the first time, the motherboard was replaced, as per my understanding, the motherboard controls every aspect of the machine.
For my family and me, this has been one of the worst experiences Motorola has ever provided
Having the machine serviced again and again is a waste of time for both !!
looking for a replacement or refund of my amount !!
