Flipkart croma - service not provided mental harrasment

I purchased Microwave oven of Croma **L which was delivered to me on **-Nov-**. The item was delivered before the expected date(**-Nov-**) which I appreciate. I was told by Flipkart that the installation person will come after ** hours and from that time the replacement/return period will start so i did not open the package. However until the end of Nov month nobody appeared. I was constantly in talk with Flipkart to send the technician but they kept telling to wait for ** hrs/** hrs. One day i am getting a response from Flipkart asking me to contact CROMA for the installation directly. Its Flipkarts work however i contacted them as they asked me to. I called the CROMA centre and asked to send the technician as said by the FLIPKART. However, CROMA denied as they will not be sending any technician for the installation, i can watch the YOUTUBE video for installation. After i informed this response from CROMA to FLIPKART they too did not take any action and the executive kept saying " we are sorry for the inconvenience caused". Finally i opened the product by myself and found that there is a dent in the backside of oven, and took the video of unpacking as a proof to them. When I talked to the flipkart executive and asked to return the product they denied to take it back and said it can only be replaced. The next day the technician from CROMA appears and check the oven and say that he can put the oven for replacement from his side and not for return. I talked to Flipkart to take the product back however they denied from taking it back. As this issue was going on for * weeks and was impacting me mentally, i agreed for the replacement of the product. Flipkart took the old Oven and delivered the new oven on **-Dec-**. Like said earlier, the Flipkart executive said the technician will be coming after ** hrs. Its **-Dec-** and the technician has still not appeared. Flipkart and Croma has been harassing me mentally by all this and still its continuing. Its been already *.* months this issue has been going on. I request you to help me here.
