I have purchased a Lenovo device, Moto G* plus in march **** for Rs *****/-. This device is a dual sim cell phone. But a few days ago in July **** I came to know that the device is not detecting the second sim.
I went to the Lenovo/Moto service center in Vashi Navi Mumbai, They told that I have tempered the sim slot, so there will be no warranty on the mobile and I will be charged Rs ****+ Rs *** for repairing the mobile and the process will take ** days.
I want to inform that the sim slot is inside the mobile and I have not tempered that, so Lenovo should either return my money and should pay the expenses of my travel or it should repair my mobile with in one day with pick up and drop service.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
