i have purchesed mobile Insurance plan from oneassist plan - ma damage joint **k to **k membership id - **********, i had log a complaint on **/**/**** my service request number is - *******. after many month they told me they are unable to give a service because my mobile is damaged more then ** % and it's repaire cast is more then it's buying price. after * months when i called to ccc they told me there is an company rules they can't repair my phone. please help me what can i do plzzzzz
