Ishan Netsole Pvt Ltd Rajkot - Service not provided as promised

I have internet service of Ishan , since **/*/** afternoon my internet service is not working , i filed service complaint to the company on **/*/** , they have very poor customer service system , they told me it will be done by **/*/** , but it did not happen , on **/*/** i visited there and personally told about my complaint but still today on **/*/** they have not fixed my problem and my internet of Ishan is not working , all my online work from home is disturbed due to this .
