Club antillia vacations - Service not provided and not sharing company contact numbers

I m member of club antillia vacations company with id ***** from last year..At the time of membership they offered * nights yearly for * years with Dubai complimentary trip with inclusive of **,*** for flights,breakfast,pick and drop airport transfer, half day city tour for extra *nights and * days..but now they deny this and said dubai trip was for only * year..rather now they are not even reply my emails..All of the company contact numbers are not valid now even they are not giving any of details..membership cost *,**,*** (***** paid in advance and ***** paid in installments)
