Car Care India Noida - Service not provided and money not refunded

Booked service for car Alto *** with registration number UP**AZ**** with Car Care India (Rahul Mahajan - mobile +************) on **-Mar-** with advance Rs. ****.** through Paytm link provided. The home service was to be provided on **-Mar however no one turned up. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed to make the remaining payment Rs. ****.** else service won't be provided in advance will be forfeited. As I was compelled, I had to make the remaining payment through HDFC credit card with the promise of service by *:** pm on **-Mar. I kept calling however no one turned up by **:**. I was later informed that it could be provided the next day only and service will be completed by **:** am on *-Apr. Again no one turned up. Since then I have been asking for the refund and *th day has passed without any update. No one picks up phone and replies to emails (attached). Refund value is Rs. ****.**.
