Learning lab research institutes - Service not provided

I enrolled in a course at LLRI Bangalore but decided to cancel after realizing they don't provide the promised services. I requested the cancellation before the loan disbursement, but they purposely delayed the process. Now, despite multiple follow-ups, they are not responding to my messages. It has been a month, and my first EMI has been deducted. Bajaj Finance only needs a cancellation letter from LLRI, but they are not cooperating. I urgently need this letter to stop further EMIs.
