Prosper research company - Service not provide

Hii sir
I am omvir from haryana. I paid ***** for oprater based call to prosper research company. Company manager mr. Rupesh chohan said he provides a call * lakh profit. If i paid ***** then he provide me a single oprater based call for * lakh profit and when call is not giving me * lakh profit he refund my *****. But in previous * month he don't give me any call and don't refund my payment ****. I paid ***** in two installments.
