Dear Sir,
As I am from a below middle class family and struggled a lot to buy a car. I had a dream to own the car from TATA and finally I did it.
On **** May ** while going to Kerala, one lorry scratched on my car and I raised the complaint in my insurance service and they are ready to do the work. As per that I have handed over my car to TAFE showroom at Coimbatore for the service. While handing over left side mirror and bumper having issue but vehicle with good in running.
After that we kept on calling them to know the status of insurance approval, and they were telling that it will take time and so on. After two weeks finally got approved.
I used to call the showroom for the feedback but they were telling like it will be ready or will take time. They are not telling actual problem.
Finally after ** days followup, today **.**.**** I raised the complaint in the TATA customer care and that time show room persons worked on my car but it is not effective.
On **.**.**** they informed that the controller unit got damaged again we waited.
On **.**.**** they informed that battery has damage. While handing over the vehicle it was good to my knowledge.
The battery and the controller unit got damaged from the showroom only because of the mechanical persons mishandling.
They do not taking care of the vehicle at all, we totally dissatisfied.
We spend Rs. **** as showroom charges and Rs. **** for new battery. It is beyond my ability because of their irresponsibility.
After fixing the battery I realized that the central unit is not working and again I want to go to the showroom tomorrow.
I really surprised that how they are treating the customer.
I have wasted lot of time and money in last ** days for my car.
In this rainy season, suffered a lot without having the car even I can't go to hospital also for my kids.
Kindly look into this and seeking your action upon this.
