ifixs - Service not done properly of iPhone

I booked back glass repair, battery replacement and cleaning of charging port for my iPhone X from ifixs.in. The professional came and after the cleaning of my charging port, it stopped working and he said that it happens sometimes. It has become difficult to charge my phone or connect it to my laptop without the charging port. The manager of this company is Vikas Ghai ( **********, **********) and he isn't responding to my calls since the issue arise. One of the member from their team called and said that I have to pay to get it replaced now and are charging me a price of **** Rupee. Why should I pay for something I didn't broke in the first place and why aren't they answering my calls.
