Indu Interiors - Service not delivered

We've ordered a TV unit three months earlier and transferred **,*** as the advance amount. He requested for purchasing the raw material. After that, we have called him nearly *** times. Out of which he barely responded five to six times that to telling some story. Since he is not responding to our calls we started calling him from other phone numbers and surprisingly he used to answer in the first dial. Then he comes up with some stories again and at times he shouts for calling from other numbers. we've asked to return our money if the work is not done. He's not even doing that. We suffered a lot due to this irresponsible behaviour.
