Stellar Information Technology Private Limited - Service Not Delivered

I wish to file a formal complaint against Stellar Data Recovery Service regarding the poor service and lack of responsiveness I have experienced. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them through phone calls and emails, I have not received any satisfactory resolution to my concerns.

I entrusted Stellar Data Recovery Service with the task of recovering my data, for which I paid a significant amount of Rs. **,***/- . However, I have not heard back from them regarding the status of my data recovery. It is extremely disheartening and unprofessional that they have not taken ownership of the situation and failed to provide the level of service expected when charging such a high fee.

Furthermore, I specifically requested a full recovery of my data and was assured that I would receive ***% of it. However, Stellar Data Recovery Service did not keep me informed that they were unable to provide the complete data before accepting the payment. This lack of transparency is a major concern and has left me feeling misled and frustrated.
In addition, the partial data I did receive is of compromised quality. Many of the recovered folders and photos exhibit significant issues and are unusable. This further confirms the subpar service provided by Stellar Data Recovery Service and their failure to meet their promises.

Considering the gravity of the situation and the financial and emotional implications involved, I kindly request your intervention in resolving this matter. I urge Stellar Data Recovery Service to refund my amount immediately and return my hard disk as the content it contains is of utmost importance to me.
