Talentasiajobs - Service not delivered

I received call from Balaji Srinivasan from Talent Asia Jobs.They claim it is a consultancy who do the recruitment support for renowned companies in IT since *-** years.
This guy called me and informed my CV was shortlisted for some of the companies like Bajan fin serv,Deloitte etc.To get to the interview process,I need to subscribe for their job interview service valid for * years with an amount of ****.
They made me pay this from their company site. Post this they arranged for interview with Bajaj Finserv. On getting done with first round they said I just need to select some services just for some formality. They made me go to their services option and select the services one at a time and make the payment stating this is going to generate some ids which are to be used later for communication during my interview process. They were just forcing me to get done with the process stating its completely refundable from the very next day. This way they made me pay ***** and said I will have interview on Tuesday.
So far no refund was received yet.Now they do not even respond
