Videocon - service not delivered even after one and half month though it claims to provide service within 5 day

i have made complaint for a videocon ** inch led tv on **.**.****. one technician came on **.**.**** with a part but that part was not suited . then after that no response came . i have tried on mobile no of service centre ********** atleast *** times . they even bolked my no then tried from different no then they are telling that they are not responsible. and advised to call customer care again. after that i dilled customer care they told that due to heavy rain my parts is not able to come to patna. i have wasted more than ** hrs for a rs. ***** led tv and mentally disturbed. this cost me more than *****. such a large company is delivering such a bad service . this is very bad. please try to resopve my problem. i m helpless now
