Jeevansathi Internet Services Private Limited - SERVICE NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED FAKE COMMITMENTS

I am filing this complaint against Jeevansathi.com (Info Edge India Ltd.) for non-performance, misrepresentation, and failure to deliver promised services under their Premier Package.
The service was purchased on **th July **** for my sister, Ms. Kirti Bhatnagar (Jeevansathi ID: UWWX****). At the time of subscription, I had clearly requested a *-month package, but the Jeevansathi sales representative, Mr. Rahul, compelled and persuaded me to take the *-month plan, promising better visibility, exclusive “hidden” profiles, and faster match responses.
However, from the very beginning, the service has been completely ineffective and misleading. The following issues have been faced:
No positive response received from any profile during the entire period since activation.
No “exclusive” or “discreet” profiles were shared, despite repeated verbal assurances before purchasing the package.
All profiles shared by the consultant were identical to those already visible on the regular free platform and had either been viewed or rejected earlier.
There was no genuine follow-up, progress, or tangible effort made by the assigned consultant after initial communication.
Despite these shortcomings, the company continues to deny refund requests, hiding behind a “no refund policy,” which is unacceptable given the lack of service delivery.
This is a clear case of service deficiency, false representation, and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
I have already communicated directly with Jeevansathi’s grievance team multiple times and have given them a *-day notice starting from **th October **** to process the refund. However, they have failed to respond appropriately or initiate the refund within the stipulated timeline.
