Maiditeasy - Service not delivered and No Refund MaidItEasy

Booked for a Cook through the MaidItEasy. However, The experience has been sub par and the service was never delivered. The Sales team went unresponsive. They didn't even provide a GST bill (I have been asking for this repeatedly).
The support team keeps asking for more time when I tell them I have lost confidence in the company and don't want to associate with the company.
