Just dial pvt ltd - Service not delivered

Hi I registered with just past * years and was receiving services,but due to pandemic I stopped the services and again I decided to join them because my buisness was in total loss as a supportive part I decided to take just dial services but after receiving ***** from me there was no service or leads from them where they dalayed and never kept up the promises and the days past ,and they threatened only if I clear my ecs they could provide leads as I was not at all provided with any leads for which I paid itself ,now I claimed for my refund and the team is still delaying to even response,so I request for proper action against them
