I purchased some services from this social media marketing panel, and to buy those services, I had to add money to my account. I added the money, but I haven't received the services I paid for. I contacted their customer support, and I've been talking to them for * days now, but they haven't taken any action. They just reply and say that they are working on it. Furthermore, they don't have any refund policies or terms and conditions. I don't know what to do now. I even messaged the admin on WhatsApp and Skype, but I haven't received any response yet.
