Hi team.
I intended to raise a complaint against “No broker (Home services).” I have booked (Booking ID HA-******* ) a home service. On " No broker app" premium package for cleaning my new empty house. I had the most worst experienced from service team who left the site without the completion of work & also with the Customer care team whom I reached to inform my experience & also to raise the refund of the money I paid them, which is not raised till date.
*. No follow from service team ::: I haven't received any call from the service team asking for details so i only reached out to team for confirmation @ what time will they reach the site. After answering the call , service /supervisor is asking me who gave u my number and we had to answer him that we called customer care only & it reached him.
*. Rude Behaviour ::: They reached the site and started to work , no proper tools. they cleaned the cupboards with dry cloths , swept the room & asked us to check the room. we asked u did not clean the cupboards with any solution / at least with wet cloth how will the dust get cleaned. we showed the spots where stains remained. They did not clean the marks on the door knobs, switches , fans, lights, window grill and even the cupboard inside laminate. For this their only answer is that this is how they work, if we wish they will continue & or else they will leave. we have already paid the amount to No broker. Further extension to their rude behaviour , they asking us to do if we did not like the work they did
*. No proper Tools/Equipment’s ::: They brough vacuum cleaner, but no necessary extension to perform the suction of dust in corners where hand cannot reach. Excuse is that they do not the extension. No buckets, no proper clean clothes to clean.
*. Leaving the site without completing the Work::: Even after telling them , no change as they were determined that we should accept the way they wanted to finish the work .when we showed them the places where they left without cleaning, abruptly they started threatening us that we will leave the site & started packing packing the bags for leaving the work. Till this point they completed one room (not properly cleaned )and one washroom (@ washroom :: completed this work satisfactorily)
*. Escalated to Service team who was supervising them : After packing their bags, i spoke to there supervisor , Mr. Kuntal to my surprise he was also talking rudely to me and my wife. instead of listening to our concerns and solving them, he is asking us the proof that his service team did not work properly. still, we provided him the pics of the rooms in which they felt they completed the work but still were the patches of dust were present on his whatup number. Mr. Kuntal still cross questioning me instead of instructing him team to completed the job. Finally, they left the site in complete & left even after complaining to their next level team
*. Status Changed to Service Completed without my Confirmation::: Service team left the site , immediately in No broker site status changed to service completed. I have not given any confirmation to whom so ever then how they could change the service completed mode in portal. This can be considered as violating the ethics.
*. No Refund TT raised by Customer Support Team ::::: Every time we call customer support and service team , they assure us that responsible team will reach out and solve the issue & thay they also raised TT for refund but no details shared to us till date & no authority has reached out to us.we have also emailed them , no ack received , no refund concern raised by no broker team
*. Payment concern :: I have paid No broker ****/- in advance & their team left the site without completing & I had to shift into the house next day & that shifting was also booked through No broker movers & packers (HAPM-*******). So we had to hire local person on double payment in short notice & get the incomplete work completed. Complete loss of money & energy for us. Till now no refund process has been initiated
Leaving me no way , I am raising the complaint with you team & expecting that you will help to resolve my issue & also save others [from falling prey to such situations.
