Pulkit Dhingra filed complaint against jio fiber net (RELIANCE) on May 1, 2020
Recently I have installed jio fiber net along with setup box. But the jio router doesn't work and therefore I can't access either TV or Internet. I have called the service people many times but they make excuses. I have registered the complaint on myjio and their official twitter account as well, but they also make excuses of "not having society permission", although I have told them several times about the society permission. Nobody seems to care about how badly the consumers are suffering. I am living in Moradabad District.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
