eprofitsure - Service not being deliver

I had taken service from one company and company is not providing me service according to MOU.
Please help in refund of my money.

This are the points which company failed to meet and refusing to return my money back...
*) In MOU it was mentioned, i will be getting * leads per week. But now it is ** weeks still i have got only ** leads, If i question them they are telling we have *** other customers also we need to provide leads for them also.
I have visited company * times and already sent many emails to provide leads crctly still i am not getting it.
*) As per MOU it was mentioned that if leads are not interested to take policy they will replace it, In ** leads more then ** leads said they are not interested in taking policy, i have sent email to the company to replace it now they are telling once they provide all *** leads they will replace it. It looks like they will take *-* years to provide *** leads in that *** leads more then *** leads should be replaced, if u go according to the company statement. Contract will never finish it may got till **-** years.
*) The company executives explained and misguided me in many things now if i ask according to explanation i am not getting leads, they are telling we didnot explain like that.
*) Sir if i am facing issues like this i am worried how other customers will be having issues, So please come up with some steps and stop this companies fraudulent activities.
*) Like me if ***-*** people take service with the company and if company closes it, company will be in profit of *-* crores.
*) Now if i go and ask service according to MoU they are telling go file case we have lawyer to defend. I can't invest more money already i am in loss, So please provide one lawyer from government side with minimum fee.
*) I already spoke with lawyer from that company, he told no prob go file case i know to defend it. Hope my fraudulent case will be addressed and court will help me in getting my money back....
