Airtel Broadband - Service not as been provided as been assured

I am using Airtel broadband for more than a year but now the plan I am using is assuring me speed up to ** Mbps but I am not getting even full ** Mbps. Company is distributing the pamphlets for the same plan with ** Mbps speed which is not feasible in my area (model town extension c block, Ludhiana). I have complained about it thrice and the customer executive has said of the ** Mbps speed in my area which according to their technician is not feasible in my area. I am hereby attaching the airtel broadband plans Ludhiana on airtel website as well as my monthly bill which I am paying for *-* months for the above plan. Moreover, the complaint emails are also being attached. Please do the needful.
