Hi, Videocon,
I have recharged my account * days back for INR ***. I am still not able to use customer service. I tried to reach videocon customer care so many time with rtn and other no. as well. I tried all way And every no. found on google and on my TV display but nothing worked. Looks like you are not concerned about your customer. Also, you don't know the meaning of "Customer care". I tried to visit the website but it's not opening.
