DILEEP KUMAR filed complaint against Haier ac on Mar 13, 2025
Dear Team,
had bought this new AC in February and started using it in March but there is no proper cooling in the AC and even after raising many complaints there has been no proper response from the service centre. It's a big hassle to get a person to service it. I am very very disappointed by the service of haier company.
When I bought the ac then they gave us * free service ( there is no time limit ) and also a * year warranty.
But now they asked me for charges.
Resolve it on priority.
