Bholenath Traders Private Limited Cuttuck - Service manual and user guide not sent along with DG also lack of packaging

Bought a *KV Kirloskar diesel genrator from Bholenath Traders Private limited Cuttuck. The order was placed on **st Aug **** and was to be shipped to Barbil.
#*. Despite multiple instructions and assurance from seller, the item wasn't well packed. As a result it had scratchs for which the item had to be painted once at base station. This added an expense of INR ****/- [Had to do it myself].
#*. The shipment did not arrive with any service manual or user guide, despite remining the seller before shipment.
Post delivery, upon reminding, only answer from seller was, there's no office boy available at the moment, will get it delivered the other day. It has been several weeks and despite serveral calls, there was no action taken.
Now the seller does not even respond to messages or answers my call.
Please note, without the service manual for the DG (both the diesel engine [CAF ** hp] and the alternator[*kv]), the generator couldn't be commissioned due to safety concerns. Given a generator costs INR ****/- a day to hire(leaving transportation and fuel costs aside), the cumulitive damages exceed INR *****/- and counting.
