I have purchased a Water Heater from Hindware before ** months. its not working since past one month. I booked complaint on **.**.****. Also making call to them regularly. But till the date, nobody has not called and came to my home for service. I am facing lot of problems due to this. All my family members are in sick. I need my money back and they must be punished legally. They have to give me penalty for Rs.**,***/-
