sabaonline org - Service is not provided as promised

i have an account on sabaonline.org(matrimonial website) which costed me ****. i uploaded some pics for my profile on **th feb, as part of process they first verify the pics before uploading so my pics were in pending state. i waited for * day, then i sent a mail for support on the emailid given on their website, but there was no response. then i tried to contact them on **nd feb via whatsapp number given on site. again there was no response on whatsapp till ** hours. after ** hours i got a reply on whatsapp that "you are too impatient, we dont want such users with us, you can unregister from website." then i asked for the refund, but they are ready to refund.
