There is no power in my router since ** days. In my house all the gadgets working only on broadband. First i have filed a complaint regarding this. They told me there is a server issue it will resolved in * days. So i had done recharge in all my family members account to have internet. After three days i inquired about that and they told me there is no complain filed regarding this so i again filed the complain. After * days they told me server issue is resolved and if u r not connected to the internet till today then we will send service person to your home within *-* working days. Today * days completed but there isn't any service person arrived nor the problem solved. Now i again had to recharge my family members phone to another * days. Please help us to solve this problem ASAP.
