Davinder Singh filed complaint against Jai maa service centre on Oct 15, 2019
Last year my refrigerator stop working and i call jai maa service centre ( also known as Blue Line service) for repair. company sent his engineer and he repair my refrigerator. now again same fault occurred. i called to company and they service my refrigerator but after a week same problem started. i call again last month and engineer came to check and found that changed part is not working. he said i will come tomorrow. but he not came. i called to manager and engineer again and again but they says only one word, your refrigerator will repair today but they not done. guarantee expiry date is **-**-**. but today engineer said your guarantee has expired.
