On **/**/**** I paid Rs. ****/- online for AMC of * years (inclusive of all the spare parts)my Kutchina Vogue chimney to Kutchina Service & AMC centre at Garia Main road, Kolkata-******, Phone No. is *********. On **/**/**** itself they provided me a service & informed me that the condenser is week, need to be changed. I again called on **/**/**** requesting them to change the condenser as it is covered under AMC. They confirmed me to send the service engineer on **/**/**** to do the needful but the entire day they just gave time for service & after *:** p.m. they stopped answering my calls . Need your help to get back my money.
