Infocom Network Private Limited - Service failure and refund declined

There’s a platform of Infocom network pvt ltd named trade india under which they run get distributors so they sold me a package of ***** and promised me that they will provide us ** qualified leads and confirmed leads according to our terms and conditions and it’s been ** months they haven’t provide a single lead and they are not responding, they are making excuses per excuses they are mentally harassing me from ** months and they are also declining the refund .
So overall they have failed in service, they are mentally harassing and declining refund.
