Hundai - Service engineer not attending for repair

I have booked a slot for car battery replacement with Id ***************** for **.**.****. payment of Rs. **** already made but till now no service technician has attended the job. The slot was booked for **-**am on **.**.****. Neither able to cancel and go for alternative nor able to connect technician. I have to travel to vijayawada to drop my parents and could not move because of this issue. Request to help out on this.
