Infinity Pest Control - Service due but no response

I took a pest control service from a person called Rahul Kumar on **th March **** bill no. *** in Ranchi. That was the first service I availed. In my package, I was guaranteed * months of free service if any problem and * mandatory services after ** days. But after the *st service, I've not received any *nd service neither that Rahul Kumar is picking up the phone and these days his number is always switched off. Now after calling several other numbers, I got to know from a franchise of the same company in Patna that his name is Amresh Pandey. This person Amresh has gone totally underground after giving me a pathetic first service and taking the total amount at once. It's been a month since I'm unable to contact him and I'm facing many problems.
