For last ** days I am chasing spectra team to adjust the amount which I had paid in my previous account which has been deactivated several months back to the new account which was created last month. Now they have disconnected my met over payment due.
I have written several mails and call customer care ** times. They have raised * SR and closed * without taking any action.
