Rich phytocore private limited - Service difficiency

I paid rs * ** *** at iob Dindigual and took dd no ********* in favour of Rich phytocare and send to them thereafter agricultural engineering department sanctioned *.*hp solar pv pump water lifting from my farm sf no ***/*b Tamaraipadi village latitude **.****** longitude**.**** vide TN/PM-KUSUM-B/ ****-****/****DT**.**.**** And erected solar pv operated *.*.hp submersible motor pump system on **.**.**** and it works only * minutes and got * sets of commissioning report and gone away.up to this time the entire system does not function since they erect defective motor in my bore and cheating me .Even many calls to them still now not rectify the defective motor .My seedlins withered due to lack of water.
