Equitics Global Research - Service Deficiency
Mihir Shah filed complaint against Equitics Global Research on May 28, 2020
I had taken * packages last year in August **** and September ****. As per their claim, they complete the packages in ** days with a few days buffer. However, I have to remind them to trade everyday and I am given assurance that both packages will be completed soon. Till now there is a loss of * lakh in my account and I have paid * lakh for both packages. On asking refund for deficiency in services and also for making loss, the Company is not agreeing to refund me the package cost that I have paid. If I get a refund of my packages, I am ready to forgo the loss claim against the company. I had filed a complaint earlier also, but had withdrawn it as the company called me and told that it will provide service as they had promised.
