Zoomin - Service Deficiency and Fraudulent Practices by Zoomin Express Delivery Failure and False System Ent

I placed order ZO-*C***A**** with Zoomin for express delivery between *-** September ****, paying Rs *** plus taxes as express delivery charges. Despite payment, they failed to deliver on promised dates and made first delivery attempt on ** September.

During this attempt, their delivery executive handed over the gift to recipient and then took it back due to technical OTP issues, causing severe public embarrassment and damaging my personal relationships permanently.

I sent detailed complaint emails on **th September and **th September demanding immediate resolution. I also sent legal notice on **th September. Zoomin has completely ignored all communications and given zero response.

Between **-** September, Zoomin made false entries in their system claiming "consumer refused to take order" without actually attempting delivery. When I contacted their delivery boy directly, he confirmed that no order was assigned to him and someone falsely updated the system.

This constitutes clear service deficiency, unfair trade practice, cheating and fraud. The company took express delivery charges, failed to deliver on promised dates, caused public embarrassment through unprofessional behavior, ignored customer complaints and legal notice, and made fraudulent entries in their system.

I demand compensation for mental harassment, reputation damage, financial loss and punitive damages for their fraudulent practices.
